Customer engagement through full-screen shop windows for interactive play alongside social advocacy, experimental creativity, and commercial brand content. Installed in Benetton's flagship stores around the world.
Benetton Live Windows is a retail experience design project developed by Fabrica in 2010-13 through a number of Benetton's flagship stores in Milan, Paris, London, Munich, Barcelona, New Delhi, Tianjin, Almaty, Bologna, Moscow. It is also a global research about the use of technology in creating a stronger brand experience through the special visual and interactive design.

High-resolution videowalls fitting the whole store windows on the street have been installed and networked. The driver of the project was, how to get attention from a moving audience on the street and how to engage them in some memorable experience.

Those screens played commercial contents, non-commercial contents and interactive applications. The stores turn into a dynamic media on the street and a place for playing interactive experiences, sharing fun and enjoy a special sense of self-relevance on a high street.
