Lana Sutra is a series of 15 installations by Erik Ravelo, intended as a celebration of love and of a desire for equality and sharing. The contact between the two bodies, where the different colours mix and mingle, represents the pure, natural love which unites diversity and binds the whole of humankind in a single thread. Lana Sutra was exhibited in numerous Benetton megastores worldwide. The “Posizione della Tigre” (Position of the Tiger) installation was presented in the Italian pavilion at the 54th International Art Biennale of Venice.
